BO US :The Bourne Legacy en tête
The Bourne Legacy/Jason Bourne, l'héritage arrive donc en tête avec 40 M de $, c'est peut être un peu juste pour un budget de 125 et c'est nettement inférieur aux deux derniers Jason Bourne. Rappelons ici, il n'y a pas Matt Damon remplacé par Jeremy Renner qui tient son premier rôle en solo. Universal voudrait bien faire repartir la franchise Bourne avec un nouvel héros bien évidemment.
Autrement, ce sont deux films à petits budgets qui remplissent leur contrat, The Campaign comédie sur fond d'élection US présidentielle avec Will Ferrell et Zack Galifianakis (le barbu des Very Bad Trip) qui empoche 27 M et Hope Springs, le dernier Meryl Streep, Tommy Lee Jones assure avec 20 M.
Autrement, The Dark Knight Rises passe à la 3ème place mais pour 390 M rien que pour le territoire US, par contre le nouveau Total Recall s'achemine pour être le plus gros flop de l'été avec une grosse chute et 44 M au compteur, certes le film n'est pas sortit partout.
Enfin, on notera que Ted frôle les 210 M devenant sans doute un des plus gros succès de Mark Wahlberg qui après Contrebande est en train de se faire une joli place auprès du public américain.
La semaine prochaine, c'est Stallone et ses Expendables et L'étrange Pouvoir de Norman qui clôtureront cet été 2012.
