BO US-Rio se maintient
2ème semaine en tête pour Rio qui se maintient bien en cumulant plus de 81 M de $. L'événement de la semaine était la romance de la Fox De l'eau pour les éléphants avec Robert Pattinson et Reese Whiterspoon qui est une légère déception.
Je dis légère car le film n'a coûté que 38 M mais se classe troisième avec 17 M, le studio espérait sans doute plus. En deuxième position l'opus annuel de Tyler Perry intitulé Madea's Big Happy Family fait toujours recette avec près de 26 M de $ pour un budget sans doute pas élevé.
African Cats le nouveau Disney Nature arrive à la 6ème avec 6 M, jusque là les films de cette nouvelle filiale n'ont pas explosé au box office. Enfin, il faut souligner la bonne tenue de The Conspirator le dernier Redford, toujours programmé en limité, le film affiche près de 7 M pour une maintenance stable.
En continuité belle progression de Hop qui dépasse désormais les 100 M, grosse, grosse chute pour Scream 4 qui avec 31 M parviendra à remplir son contrat mais ne sera pas le triomphe escompté par Craven et son équipe.
Enfin, Source Code et Soul Surfer se maintiennent bien avec près de 45 et 29 M au compteur.
La semaine suivante, les bolides reviennent pour Fast 5 (en attendant Thor le week-end d'après) et en sortie limitée le fameux Dylan Dog avec Brandon Routh.
