En l'absence de grosse concurrence Les Nouveaux Av hem, Thunderbolts * se maintient très bien avec une des plus faibles baisses Marvel de ces dernières années en empochant 33 M$ supplémentaires 128 M US et 272 M aux USA. Preuve que le bon bouche à oreille paye.
Pendant ce temps, Sinners continue de battre des records pour un cumul de 214 M$ US et 283 M en tout devenant un des plus gros succès pour un film fantastique depuis les Ca. Et le Milliard n'est pas loin pour Minecraft (909 M en tout, 408 aux US).
Les nouveautés ramassent les miettes, à commencer par le dernier Joe Carnahan Shadow Force avec Kerry Washington et Omar Sy qui ouvre à 2 M$. Sy enchaîne les bides aussi bien en France qu'aux US ces derniers temps, la faute peut être à ces propos politiques qui ne plaisent pas à tout le monde. Et La nuit des clowns petit film d'horreur qui aurait pu sortir à Halloween ne fait guère mieux pour 3 M (Mais le film aurait coûté qu'1 Mde $ ce qui fait une bonne opération pour le studio).
Enfin, à noter que Blanche Neige n'a toujours pas atteint les 100 M$ aux USA (juste 202 M$ en global), la claque continue pour Disney.
Le week-end prochain, c'est Destination Finale : Bloodlines, les producteurs espèrent un succès pour faire repartir la franchise.
