BO US - Carton pour Bad Boys : Ride or Die, échec cinglant pour Les Guetteurs

Avec déjà 104 M$ en trois jours, on peut dire que Bad Boys : Ride or Die a gagné son pari même si le film fait un peu moins bien que son prédécesseur sur le sol US, 56 M$ contre 62 environ. La gifle de Will Smith n'a donc pas joué et prouve que l'acteur est toujours aussi populaire et Sony peut respirer après quelques déceptions.
Par contre gros flop pour Les Guetteurs signé d'Ishana Shyamalan fille de Night pour 7 M $, même si il n'est pas sorti partout et que le budget n'est pas celui d'un gros film. Produit par Night père, cela ne s'annonce pas de très bon augure pour la prochaine réalisation de ce denier le Trap qui sort dans deux mois. Et qui va conforter Hollywood de proposer de moins en moins de projets originaux.
Par la suite, Garfield s'approche des 200 M$ Mondiaux mais 68 US, un nouveau succès pour Sony, Blue & Compagnie dépasse les 93 M$ US les 160 Mondiaux pari gagné pour Paramount.
Enfin, Furiosa poursuit sa chute patinant à 58 M$ US et 144 Mondial, on est pas prêt de revoir un autre film Mad Max et peut être même un autre George Miller.
Le week-end prochain, c'est Vice-Versa 2 qui prend la relève, Pixar espère enfin un succès..
