Inflitrée au MI5 comme espionne débutante, l'agent Rachel Stone appartient en fait à une mystérieuse organisation dont les missions sont données par une intelligence artificielle baptisé le coeur. A la suite d'une trahison, elle doit protéger le coeur qui est convoité par un de ses anciens partenaires.
Dernier gros blockbuster Netflix qui lorgne vers les Mission Impossible, Bond et consorts, la plateforme voulant visiblement une licence similaire. C'est très divertissant, tourné avec de gros moyens, rempli de rebondissements et spectaculaires avec une Gal Gadot qui assure. Ne pas écouter une certaine élite qui semble trop intelligents pour apprécier ce film qui remplit largement son contrat de pur divertissement.

Au 19ème siècle, un policier est amené à résoudre une série de meurtres à l'académie de West Point, il est aidé par le jeune soldat Edgar Allan Poe.
On attendait beaucoup de la réunion de Christian Bale et Scott Cooper après le superbe western Hostiles, on est un peu déçu. Il y'a une certaine atmosphère et ambiance réussies, presque fantomatique, la prestation de Christian Bale n'est plus à faire et des autres acteurs aussi. Mais l'intrigue principale traîne en longueurs et sa résolution assez confuse, jusqu'à qu'une révélation sortie de nulle part change complètement la donne et donne une fin inattendue. Rien que pour ça, ça vaut quand même le coup.
