BO US - Carton plein pour John Wick : Chapitre 4

Malgré sa durée de 2h50, les fans sont venus en masse voir John Wick : Chapitre 4 censé être le dernier épisode qui ouvre à 73 M$ US et 137 en Mondial, autant dire une sacré aubaine pour LionsGate pas friand de succès, avec des retours enthousiastes. Pour une fois qu'un blockbuster US n'est pas lynché par la plèbe Geek/Twitter (même si j'avoue n'avoir jamais été aussi fan).
A côté, grosse chute pour Shazam : La Rage des Dieux qui poursuit son chemin de croix, 46 M$ US et 102 M Mondial soit le pire score du DCEU nous dit-on, il est clair que l'on ne verra pas de troisième opus.
Creed III reste toujours en tête pour 140 M$ US et 245 Mondial alors même que Jonathan Majors défraye la chronique ayant été arrêté pour des violences. Même si la présomption d'innocence est là, le mal est fait et les réseaux se déchaînent, on attend de voir la suite de Kang.
Enfin, 65 - La Terre d'Avant s'en sort plutôt bien (27 M$ US, 49 M), pas un énorme score, mais il faut voir le budget. Et Scream VI s'approche des 90 M.
Le week-end prochain, c'est Donjons & Dragons : L'Honneur des Voleurs qui bénéficie de très bons retours, Paramount espère un succès pour une nouvelle franchise.
