Qui l'eut cru ? La nouvelle réalisation de Elizabeth Banks Crazy Bear (Cocaïne Bear en VO) mettant en scène un ours en synthèse shooté à la cocaïne, tombée d'un avion ouvre à 23 M$, pour ce projet casse gueule initié par Universal qui trouve un nouveau succès avec Keri Russell.
L'autre nouveauté Jesus Revolution sur un prédicateur qui accueille des hippies dans les années 70 ouvre à 15 M$, succès inespéré pour LionsGate un peu en perte sèche ces derniers temps et un film qu'on n'est pas prêt de voir en France.
Si Ant-Man et la Guêpe : Quantumania reste en tête pour un cumul de 167 M US et 363 Mondial, le film subit une grosse chute de 69 %, autant une des plus grosses baisses Marvel de ces dernières années. Avec un lynchage inhérent désormais sur la toile pour les films (et la polémique débile sur le fameux MODOK), Kevin Feige pourrait revoir sa stratégie et la future Phase VI commence-t-on à parler. En tout cas, c'est un premier revers digne de DC pour le boss de Marvel qui sera à étudier.
Par la suite, Avatar : La Voie de l'eau stagne à 665 000 000 US et Le Chat Potté 2 173 000 000, Magic Mike 3 continue sa dégringolade (22 M$ à peine) ce qui explique le dtv en France.
Le week-end prochain, c'est Creed III qui s'annonce principalement.
