Nouveau film Century Studios alias Searchlight présenté comme un thriller horrifique, Le Menu démarre plutôt bien pour 9 M$ par moyenne de copies, de quoi encourager l'ex Fox et Anya Taylor-Joy qui accumule les flops depuis un moment.
She Said, par contre, le film sur les journalistes qui ont fait tomber Weinstein est un vrai flop pour près de 3 M$ seulement. Tant mieux quelque part car la bande annonce donne une énième charge contre les hommes qui ne sont pas tous évidemment des prédateurs n'en déplaisent à certaines députées ...
Black Panther : Wakanda Forever subit une grosse chute inhérente aux récentes prod Marvel mais cumule 287 M$ US et 546 M en Mondial. Black Adam lui en est à 156 M$ US et 366 M en quatre semaines, c'est dire.
Enfin, une fois n'est pas coutume, une série télé est diffusée sur grand écran The Chosen Saison 3 (ne connaît pas du tout) avec les 2 premiers épisodes qui rapportent 8 M$ en se classant en troisième position.
Pour finir, Bones & All dans 5 salles démarre à 120 000 $.
Le week-end prochain, c'est Avalonia le fameux Disney privé de salles en France qui sort aux US et The Fabelmans de Spielberg en sortie nationale.
