Suite à l'annulation de la sortie de Batgirl, Warner Bros réinitialise complètement la partie DC Comics en prévoyant un plan sur dix ans (comme ce qu'avait fait Marvel) en sortant des films aboutis etc. etc.
On murmure aussi que Shazam : La rage des dieux (dont le trailer vient de paraître) et le prochain Aquaman pourraient être repoussés pour mettre en avant le retour de Ben Affleck en Batman plutôt que Michael Keaton.
Dans ce contexte, la suite de Joker, Joker : Folie a deux a été datée au 2 Octobre 2024 et Lady Gaga confirmée en Harley Quinn, une partie de l'intrigue se passerait dans le fameux asile d'Arkham.
Enfin, HBO Max fusionnera avec Discovery pour créer une nouvelle plateforme qui ne sera pas lancée avant 2023 aux US et 2024 en Europe et en France.
Pour être complet, la série Flash tirera sa révérence au bout de la 9ème saison qui ne comptera que 13 épisodes, une des dernières séries phares de Warner/CW se termine, une page se tourne. En France, on a toujours deux saisons de retard sur Netflix.
