Malgré son passage à Cannes, Coupez ! déçoit en attirant 100 000 curieux dont certains doivent partir pendant la première demi-heure etc. Du reste depuis The Artist, Hazanavicius n'a pas retrouvé de vrais succès mais le film fait un peu plus que Le Redoutable (dans les 80 000 entrées).
Du coup, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness reste premier en cumulant 2 427 000 fans, voilà qui ne va pas plaire aux anti-Marvel. The Northman résiste troisième pour 229 000 E et Les Secrets de Dumbledore cumule 2 594 000 spectateurs.
Côté nouveautés Gérard Lanvin se la joue Nicolas Cage dans J'adore ce que vous faîtes qui n'a attiré que 72 000 curieux et le dernier Desplechin malgré Cannes et Marion Cotillard Frère et soeur 73 000.
Mercredi prochain en attendant le retour des dinosaures, C'est Magnifique ! le dernier Clovis Cornillac avec Alice Pol et Firestarter adaptation de Stephen King qui a fait un flop aux US.
