Complètement passé inaperçu, Clint Eastwood a annoncé son prochain projet. Intitulé Cry Macho, le réalisateur se mettra en scène dans la peau d'une ancienne star de rodéo qui accepte d'aller chercher le fils d'un de ses amis au Mexique. Eastwood abandonne pour un temps les biopics et ce n'est pas plus mal. Confirmation de Warner bientôt et à 90 ans, on constate qu'Eastwood est toujours en forme.
Alors que Tenet vient de passer les 300 M$ en Mondial, on apprend que la puissante chaîne de cinémas du Royaume-Uni et Etats-Unis, Cineworld va carrément fermer ses portes jusqu'à au moins l'année prochaine suite au report du prochain James Bond, mettant en précarité plus de 45 000 salariés. Du reste, des cinémas referment aussi aux US, le report du Bond a fait beaucoup de mal alors qu'il était censé ramener le public pour l'automne.
Enfin avec Les Chroniques du Père Noël 2 prévu pour le 25 Novembre, Netflix dévoile son autre film de Noël Jingle Jangle avec Forest Whitaker plongé dans un monde féerique fait de chants et de musiques, diffusion prévue à partir du 13 Novembre.
