Le soir de Noël, un médecin de nuit dépressif doit assurer tout seul son parcours sur Paris, il décide de prendre comme aide un coursier à vélo rencontré par hasard.
Très vite. Toute petite comédie dont la majorité des vannes et des rebondissements ont été vus (hélas) dans la bande annonce, pratique devenant de plus en plus pénible.
Alors oui, ce n'est pas désagréable, Michel Blanc et Hakim Jemili forment un duo sympathique, Franck Gastambide fait un numéro rigolo et Paris la nuit devient un des personnages de l'histoire, mais l'ensemble reste quand même assez prévisible et n'échappe pas au format téléfilm de la Une. Amusant, tout juste.
