Même si le film est loin de faire l'unanimité sur la toile, Le Roi Lion cartonne en salles et une ouverture à 3 252 000 fans. La réputation du film et, peut être, des salles climatisées, ont fait le boulot.
Du reste, Disney/Marvel grand vainqueur avec Toy Story 4 et ses 3 418 000 fidèles, Spider-Man Far From Home, 2 371 000.
Par la suite, Annabelle : la maison du mal plonge pour 578 000 curieux, Besson sauve juste les meubles, Anna récolte 436 000 courageux venus affronter son dernier film.
Enfin, la seule nouveauté de la semaine Le coup du siècle avec Anne Hathaway et Rebel Wilson attire 120 000 spectateurs à peine, pas des masses, et Yesterday près 440 000.
Mercredi prochain, c'est Comme des bêtes 2 et l'attendu Midsommar (malgré son bide US) qui seront les nouveautés.
