Avec 710 000 spectateurs, En eaux troubles - The Meg réussit parfaitement sa cible de film de fin d'été malgré des critiques négatives. Certes, on n'aurait pu avoir plus mais ce n'est déjà pas si mal.
Pour son grand retour au cinéma, Spike Lee ne rate pas sa cible, BlacKkKlansman porté par d'excellents retours débute à 407 000 fans, il faudrait juste qu'il arrête avec son racisme ambiant dans ses interviews, ça commence à devenir pénible...
Les Vieux Fourneaux sauve les meubles (sans jeu de mot) pour 337 000 curieux, vu le score des films français cet été ce n'est déjà pas si mal.
Par la suite, Mission : Impossible Fallout et Hotel Transylvanie 3 (succès surprise de l'été) sont presque au coude à coude (2 615 000 et 2 500 000 E), Les Indestructibles 2 cumule 5 280 000 fans, avec 555 800 spectateurs, c'est quand même un peu juste pour Equalizer 2, enfin Neuilly, sa mère, sa mère affiche 946 000 E et Darkest Minds 616 000.
Mercredi prochain, début d'un mois de Septembre assez terne par rapport au reste de fin d'année, on pourra noter le retour de Jennifer Garner au film d'action avec Peppermint de Pierre Morel.
