Sorti il y a plus d'un mois, Jumanji : Bienvenue dans la jungle continue son spectaculaire parcours, 316 M$US, 767 M dans le monde, le premier film Sony a atteindre le Milliard ? Gageons qu'on échappera pas une suite.
La dernière production Bruckheimer 12 Strong/Horse Soldiers ouvre à 16 M, maintenant il faudrait connaître le budget, Chris Hemsworth a décidément du mal à trouver le succès en dehors de Thor.
Même constat pour Gérard Butler qui aligne les séries b et les flops, le dernier le sympathique Geostorm, ici un énième film de braqueurs Criminal Squad (en VF) démarre à 15 M aussi.
Par la suite, Pentagon Papers malgré les critiques traine un peu avec 45 M, The Greatest Showman a finalement rempli son contrat pour 113 M, Paddington 2 cumule 25 M, mais reste en baisse par rapport au premier, par contre ça sent la désaffection pour Liam Neeson avec The Passenger et 25 M, sa trop grande ressemblance à Non-Stop a sans doute joué.
Enfin, Les Derniers Jedi cumule 604 M aux USA, pas mal pour un échec ?
