BO US-Succès assuré pour Divergente 2

Nouvelle grosse entrée au box office US avec Divergente 2 (Insurgente en VO) qui remplit largement son contrat en ouvrant aux alentours de 54 M de $ soit dans les mêmes eaux que le premier opus (ce qui efface pour Schwentke le flop de RIPD). Certes, les mauvaises langues diront que ce second film a coûté plus cher que le premier et qu'on aurait pût espérer plus, mais le résultat n'est vraiment pas mal.
Par contre, c'est le gros plantage pour Gunman le premier film d'action avec Sean Penn et réalisé par Pierre Morel (Taken 1) qui ouvre à 5 M de $. Après sa prestation désastreuse (paraît-il) aux Césars, Sean Penn n'est pas au beau fixe ces temps ci.
Par la suite, Cendrillon cumule déjà 122 M en deux semaines (et 253 en Mondial) qui dit mieux ? Par contre, ça patine sévère pour Liam Neeson et son Night Run qui n'a toujours pas franchit les 20 M aux US.
Enfin, Kingsman frôle les 115 M et Diversion dépassant les 107 M hors USA et atteignant quasiment les 50 Outre-Atlantique remplit petit à petit finalement son contrat.
Le week-end prochain, c'est En route ! Le nouveau DreamWorks Animation et Get Hard, la comédie avec Will Ferrell qui seront de sortit.
