BO US-Triomphe total pour Hunger Games 2
Très attendu et précédé d'une grosse promo, Hunger Games l'embrasement réalisé par Francis Lawrence (aucun lien de parenté avec Jennifer) cartonne selon toutes les attentes en récoltant même 10 M de de plus que son prédécesseur (161 M environ). Reste à voir l'acceuil du film dans le monde et surtout en France où le premier opus n'a pas fait d'étincelles. Le film prouve la popularité de la nouvelle star montante d'Hollywood Jennifer Lawrence (pour une fois que l'on a une actrice mignonne mais pas une top model et qui ne se la ramasse pas ça fait du bien aussi).
Unique grosse sortie du week end, Thor, le monde des ténèbres en profite pour s'approcher des 170 M, The Best Man Holiday dépasse les 50 et Gravity s'approche des 250 !
Enfin, l'autre nouveauté ne fait pas le poids face à Hunger Games Delivery Man avec pourtant Vince Vaughn ne récolte que 8 M de $.
Le week end prochain, c'est La reine des neiges le nouveau Disney qui fera face au remake d'Old Boy de Spike Lee et au nouveau Jason Statham Homefront.
